Mr. Brazeal was born in Kansas City, Kansas. He lived in four different states (Kansas, Arkansas, Missouri, and Tennessee) in the first four years of his life. His family settled down for a few years in Tennessee and Mr. Brazeal really enjoyed living there. When he was ten years old, his family moved back to Kansas City.

Before joining Midland as facilities manager, Mr. Brazeal worked for 10 years as foreman for a paving maintenance company. He also worked for an excavating company for two years.

Being treated with respect is one of the main reasons that Mr. Brazeal enjoys working at Midland. He says “MAA offers a great deal of respect from top to bottom, from the administration to the students.” He wants to instruct the kids he is around to follow the Lord with a great attitude.

You'd be surprised to know that...

Mr. Brazeal is now starting his 16th year at Midland and so has cycled through one entire set of students - and then some!

Mr. Brazeal says he has “the best family that God could bless a man with.” He and his wife Nancy have five children: Brittany; James; Gina; Brett, and Hailey.
