Home for Midland K-12
Mrs. Prosser grew up on a farm in Cleveland, North Dakota with three brothers.
After 10 years of education work and several years of being an at-home mom, Mrs. Prosser came to Midland seventeen years ago to teach first and second grades.
“I’ve been playing school since I was six years old. My poor baby brother had to be my pupil, so I was born a teacher. I just love that moment when a student’s face lights up and he or she says, ‘I get it, Teacher!’”
You'd be surprised to know that...
When Mrs. Prosser was at Union, someone ran a red light and hit the brand new car that her Daddy had given her. The collision knocked her into a telephone pole, totaled her car, and broke the pole. The city of Lincoln then sent her a bill for $550 to replace the pole! (don't worry, her insurance took care of everything)
Mrs. Prosser is married to David, who is a multi-talented man, currently working as a tile setter. Megan (married and living in Texas), and Jacob (senior in college) complete the Prosser family.
