Senior Night - Basketball

Midland celebrated Senior night for our varsity basketball teams in February 9 ceremonies prior to games vs Sunnydale Academy. For Girls Varsity, Coach Rebarchek recognized Camille Darrell, Alicia Whitson, Jewel Janke, and Sarai Rodriguez as well as scorekeeper and general team confidant Kristi Tucker. Former head coach Richard Paradise made the trip from Lincoln in recognition of their accomplishments over the years, including the fact that all four girls have been on varsity all four years. For more pictures from Senior night, check our photo gallery.

Coach Biographies
Coach RebarchekNathan Rebarchek, Head Coach: Nathan is one of our alumni, a member of Midland's class of 2004. He enjoyed playing basketball in high school and continues to be involved in the athletics program as the new head coach for the Lady Mustangs. Nathan has been a member of the coaching staff since 2007. He is looking forward to helping the girls develop their skills this school year, as well as helping them build relationships with each other and with Jesus. Nathan says although he certainly loves basketball, his greatest joy is being married to his awesome, loving, beautiful, (and very humble) wife, Jennifer (Hallock) Rebarchek.

Coach Bovee
Carol Bovee, Assistant Coach: Carol played basketball in highschool and has coached throughout her teaching career. She coaches for the love of the game, but even more so, for love of the girls on the team. This is Carol’s first year as assistant coach for Midland and she is excited to work with this talented group of athletes.Go Mustangs!
