During January 2024, Camron Miranda was awarded second place in the 2nd Annual High School Student Writers contest, sponsored by Outlook magazine. Contestants were asked to submit an essay on what Adventist Education has meant to them, and how it has affected their daily lives.

He was presented with an award certificate during chapel, as well as a scholarship and Amazon gift card. His award-winning article was printed in the March edition of Outlook. It can be found here.

In recognition of his writing prowess, we've asked Camron to write an occasional article for our website, and for now, we're calling them Miranda's Meanders.
