One of the fun parts of a new school year (at least if you're a kid) is shopping for school supplies. Here are the official lists for the 2020-2021 school year. Anybody got a spare pencil?
Kindergarten - Mrs. Murphy
Instead of a long list of supplies, I am asking each parent to provide $25.00 (cash or check made payable to MAA). I will be able to buy supplies in bulk, and save each family some money.
Other non-school supplies
- Refillable Water Bottle
- Face mask for daily use
- Backpack big enough to hold a 1 ½” binder
- Foldable Kinder Mat or towel for rest time
- Change of clothes to keep in backpack
Grades 1 & 2 - Mrs. Prosser

- 1 - 2 inch 3-ring binder (Any color)
- 2 - 1 inch 3-ring binder (Any color)
- 2 dozen - YELLOW #2 lead pencils - NO MECHANICAL PENCILS PLEASE
- 2 packages - large, pink erasers
- 2 - Crayola Classic Color Pack Crayons, 24 Color
- 4 - chisel tip highlighters
- Scissors
- 1 - Elmer's Washable School Glue Sticks, 4pk
- 1 - standard size (9 x 3 x 5.5 approx.) school supply box. (These will be stored in the cabinet with your child’s extra supplies.)
- Washable markers - preferably broad tip
Other non-school supplies
- 2 box of tissues - These will be collected by the teacher
- Disinfecting Wipes
- Hand Sanitizer
Please put your child’s name on their school supplies with permanent marker.
Grades 5 & 6 - Mrs. Frishman
- Sturdy backpack

- Water Bottle (no straws)
- Binder with four double pocket folders and college-ruled loose leaf paper (no spiral bound paper)
- Ruler with standard and metric measurements
Pencils (extra lead for mechanical pencils)
- Scissors
- 2 packages - large, pink erasers
- 4 - chisel tip highlighters
- 1 - standard size (9 x 3 x 5.5 approx.) school supply box. (These will be stored in the cabinet with your child’s extra supplies.)
- Washable markers - preferably broad tip
- Colored Pencils
- Calculator with basic functions (+, -, x, /, and square root)
Other non-school supplies
- 2 box of tissues - These will be collected by the teacher

- Hand Sanitizer

7th Grade - Mr. Bayer
- 1 Glue Sticks
- 1 Package each of mechanical pencils/ black pens
- 1 Box of Sharpies/markers/colored pencils
- 1 Red pens (for grading, can be different colors just not black/blue)
- 1 Pack of highlighters (assorted colors)
- 1 Pair of scissors
- 1 TI-30 calculator ($8-$10)
- 1 Package of graph paper (All math assignments)
- 1 Composition notebooks (Needed for math notebook)
- 2 College ruled notebooks (able to tear out pages with smooth edges)
- 1 Three-ring binder
- 1 Package Loose college ruled paper
- 1 Box of Tissue (classroom use)
- 1 Hand Sanitizer
- 1 Water bottle (drinking fountains will not be used)
- 2 Clorox Cleaning wipes (classroom use)
